Sugarloaf and Sunday River are opening up their zip lines next weekend. The folks at Sugarloaf gave us a pre-season tour of the set-up there today. We have a story coming out in the Sun Journal on Saturday with some details.
It was great fun and during the late summer and early fall this is going to be a great way to get a kick in the mountains. Not to mention seeing the fall foliage from a whole new perspective.
The resorts are still dialing in the specifics. They've got some minor quirks to work out but are shooting for a Saturday show on August 7.
Both places allow riders up to 275 pounds. All and all a lot of fun in the trees.

Always fun to get back to the 'loaf for a thrill ride or two. I've had many on that mountain during all four seasons and just a few hours there reminds me of what a special place those Western Mountains of Maine are.
